- Products such as opened bottles, used items, or items without original packaging are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

💸 Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following terms:

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
